Yes, it’s a dirt road to get to my house so I have dirt on my feet everyday. Dirt is good for you – much better than pavement.
That life is in fact, very simple. My two daughters teach me so much every day. They are my best friends and I learn so much from them.
Brewing my own beer! That’s part of my Belgian roots. I make a pretty good lager based on recipes from the monks. My uncle is a monk in a Trappist Monastery, Orval. They make a legendary beer.
Think positive, always! Being happy is the ultimate goal in life and it starts by having the right attitude. May sound really simple and obvious, but I try to find happiness in everything, defeat, hard work, injuries, etc…it’s just a matter of attitude.
That I am very shortsighted, so if I don’t salute them in the water, it’s just because I have not recognize them yet. It can be very embarrassing sometimes…
Live for your goals. When your life has no purpose, you start dying….
I guess neither of the two! I am not really a spender, at least not spending for material things… but on the other hand, I have no savings. I’m always trying to live the maximum experiences from my economic resources.
None. I have learned the hard way during many years of windsurfing and always keep my nails very short.
I don’t have anyone specific, but rather too many to emulate for what they are or what they have done of their life. Most of them in fact are my close friends – they are a constant source of inspiration for me.
The view! You can see one of the longest and most consistent lefts on earth from my bed, and sometimes you get to see dolphins jumping, or even whales. At night you can watch the stars and the Milky Way through the roof window. It’s the best!
